FASTSIGNS College Station is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative. Since its inception, this location has consistently ranked among the top 15 out of 700 FASTSIGNS centers globally in terms of annual sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients.
- Engage with customers through various channels: email, phone, in-person interactions, and site visits.
- Maintain precise records and facilitate communication and coordination through point of sale systems, job folders, and other necessary tools to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders from inception to completion.
- Oversee the work order process, which includes preparing estimates, converting orders, designing artwork, proofing, managing production and quality control, and handling installation, delivery, and payments.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, including proficiency in proofreading and basic mathematics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
