**Typical Responsibilities**:
Our Service Desk Technicians assist our clients with day-to-day issues which means:

- Onsite and remote workstation management for a variety of clients, across a range of industries.
- Setup, prep, and deploy images to computers
- Basic voice over IP support.

We work as a unified team, so in addition to supporting client’s needs, you'll also be helping and mentoring your colleagues and they'll be helping and mentoring you

Our Service Desk Technicians are expected to work as a team to develop best practices, test new technology, and document standard procedures for common types of service requests.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: Our clients call us when they're at their worst, and your colleagues may be reaching out to you for help when they're under pressure.
- Ability to change tasks rapidly: As a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans
- Ability to stay organized and follow through to completion, with a high level of accuracy
- CompTIA A+ within first 120 days of hire

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows environments
- 1+ years of basic troubleshooting
- 1+ years of basic network experience, including setting up basic firewalls or switches
- 1+ years of Office 365 and/or Azure experience
