Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:

At AWP Safety, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance, providing top-notch support and ensuring high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve customer issues.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer issues and determine the best solution, working closely with customers to resolve problems.
  • Documentation: Record events, problems, and their resolution in logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Follow up with customers to update their status and provide feedback, as well as pass on any suggestions or feedback to the internal team.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: A solid technical background, combined with customer service experience, is essential for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A problem-solving attitude and ability to drive resolutions are critical for success in this position.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
