Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to our members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process student registrations, sales, and other transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are available.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management personnel, including preparing reports, updating records, and performing other tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Experience: Two years of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required.
- Skills: Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
