Our Division of Community and Population Health programs build upon, and tie together, the Hospital’s inpatient care coordination, Ambulatory Care Network, community outreach programs, and the effort of community-based providers. Now, we're seeking a Program Lead to help drive this work forward.
**Program Lead - Pediatric Behavioral Health - Columbia**
The Special Needs Clinic, as a distinct program within Pediatric Psychiatry, serves families with a child with a chronic illness as well as families with HIV impacting the family unit and their mental health needs. They are the recipients of an annual half-a-million dollar HIV Mental Health Care delivery grant (MHV) through New York State. This grant requires monthly care delivery reporting and meetings with the contract manager through Public Health Solutions. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the management of grant deliverables, program development in collaboration with clinical leads, coordination of volunteer program across pediatric psychiatry, and coordination of educational advocacy efforts across Pediatric Psychiatry.
**Preferred Criteria**
- Data analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
**Required Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation
- Experience working in a community setting
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to function independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary Range**:
$76,000-$99,500/Annual
