**Position Summary**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed research on entities and/or individuals of interest.
- Understand specific client requests and produce custom risk-analytic reports.
- Task and manage external sources as required.
- Review open source or records-based due diligence reports to ensure client readiness.
- Mentor and train junior research staff members as needed.
- Process and store sensitive information, including PII, in accordance with Information Management System policies. Promptly report potential security incidents to the Information Technology team.
- Excellent English-language writing, research, and analytical skills, including the ability to quickly and concisely summarize complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Client focus and service mentality.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in a foreign language, with an emphasis on Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (including internships), specifically researching and analyzing risk issues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international relations, political science, regional studies, criminal justice, business, or related area of study.
- Professional fluency in English required.
