Key Responsibilities:

  2. Investment Analysis: Analyze financial statements, business models, and growth potential of startups to assess their viability and potential returns.
  3. Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by evaluating business plans, financial projections, and management teams.
  4. Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and outreach.
  5. Reporting: Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
  6. Support: Provide support to senior investment professionals in various stages of the investment process, including negotiations and deal structuring.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (CFA) is a plus.
  2. Experience: Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting. Experience in startups or tech industry is advantageous.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
  4. Knowledge: Understanding of venture capital industry, startup ecosystem, and emerging technologies.
  5. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
