About the Role

This Manager/Senior Manager position offers a unique opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering operational due diligence projects. The successful candidate will lead small, high-performing teams, provide project management and client relationship support, and develop process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational due diligence projects, managing teams and delivering high-quality results
  • Provide project management and client relationship support, ensuring exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional development and growth
  • Manage engagement economics, timelines, and issue resolution
Requirements
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience, including prior experience delivering operational due diligence projects
  • Demonstrated track record of career growth and ambition
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading workstreams and small, high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into solvable pieces
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Undergraduate degree from a quality four-year university or college; MBA or master's degree in a related discipline is a plus
