Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: Essential responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following items.
- Maintain electronic and physical documents and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage multiple calendars
- Take meeting minutes and prepare agendas
- Handle requisitions and place orders for office supplies
- Format and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Enter various data into the Land Bank’s information systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
- Maintain and store documentation in accordance with office policy and procedures
- Liaise between staff members and provide clerical support
- Provide backup for other administrative roles as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

This is a full-time in office position with competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan. The salary for this position is anticipated at $45,000 per year.
