We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and up to date.
- Assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintaining and auditing personnel records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Completes I-9 form, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Assisting with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Processing onboarding/out boarding documentation
- Playing a vital role in our recruitment efforts: posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Assisting with employee benefits administration, including health insurance enrollment, 401k plan management, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, HR assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in Google Suites (Google chat, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay: $20.33 - $24.48 per hour
