We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources and possess excellent communication skills. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our client's HR department in various administrative tasks.   Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or related field.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus. Full benefits offered.  

    salary: $24.04 - $27.39 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries.
    • Help organize employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
