Overview:
**Employee Relations Representative**
The man responsibilities of the Employee Relations Representative is to serve as a partner and resource to the business unit by supporting HR policies and practices in support of overall business plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Investigates and responds to employee complaints
- Conducts employee townhall meetings
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in a Human Resources function required, including direct experience in employee relations and investigations
- The qualified individual must have the ability to influence and interact with all levels of employees and management
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills are required
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations are essential, with previous experience supporting a multi-state operation strongly preferred
- Strong business writing skills
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
