**HR Tech Specialist**

As an HR Tech Specialist, you'll be a driving force within our Global HR Technology Team, based out of our Amsterdam office. Your primary focus will be on scaling, maintaining, and innovating our current systems and processes.

**What you'll do**
- Spearhead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring that our systems and processes remain at the forefront of innovation
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements, guiding the team towards new horizons and elevating Adyen's HR technology capabilities
- Maintain and support all integrations and develop new ones
- Build and maintain the configuration and interaction between different data sources/systems
- Design custom layouts using BIRT
- Design, build and test new reports and dashboards
- Support with configuration of existing HCM functionality

**Who you are**
- 6+ years of hands-on Systems Integrations experience in an international environment, showcasing your expertise in HR technology
- Tech Prowess: Navigate seamlessly through tools like Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, and similar technologies, demonstrating your proficiency in system integrations and data management
- Strong believer in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within HR
- Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in an energetic setting, where your adaptability and quick thinking are assets to keep pace with our continuous growth
- Integrity Matters: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest standards of integrity
