- You love to gain an understanding of clients' overall business objectives to align Paid Ads strategy and forecasting with measurable business goals
- You are a whiz at developing and implementing testing plans that align with client goals and objectives and ensure an ongoing testing schedule to drive innovation.
- You enjoy splitting your time between being in the Meta Ads & Google Ads platform and being the face of ROI Swift.
- You are a terrific communicator and partner for clients sharing headline results and rationale behind the proposed strategy
- You are always learning - you'll actively write and edit content to keep up with marketing trends on Meta, Google and other platforms.
- You relish onsite and online client meetings and get energy client presentations and proposals
- You enjoy working with a team to improve processes and client performance continuously.
- You are well versed in managing projects and are familiar with Asana or similar platform
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Proven knowledge of the Meta and Google Ad platforms and the ability to implement best practices including knowledge of Paid Search and Social marketing levers including ad creative, ad policy, using proper advertising objectives, attribution models, dynamic product ads, pixel events, split-testing, product catalogs, bulk imports and exports, audience building, product feeds and feed optimization.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform and baseline eCommerce metrics
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel - the ability to analyze data and create tables and charts, use pivot tables, and other formulaic functions
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Applications - Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
- Proven ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong work ethic
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint - communicating concepts and data and conveying a message using type, photography, illustration, and color.
- Quick learner, a team player, and ability to be self-sufficient
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ recent years of experience on Meta Advertising with demonstrated growth
- Experience working in client-facing roles, managing relationships and projects successfully
- Experience managing multiple projects successfully
- A high school diploma/GED is required
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree is desired
