**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Answering phone calls, screening, and transferring calls.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Data entry & filing folders, brushouts, and misc. materials for all departments.
- Scan and label new job folders
- Assisting with Field Orientations and administrative entry
- Assisting all departments as needed
- Coordinating events and company meals
- Manage meetings and appointments for the Executive team
- Inventory of office supplies and re-stocking
- Keeping common areas clean and organized

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent Customer Service
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe, Word and Outlook
- Effective speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work within a team and communicate to numerous departments and clients
- Manages time efficiently
