**Job Summary**:
As the Emergency Services Manager, you will oversee the 24-hour operations of the Emergency Department, Free-Standing Emergency Department, and Urgent Care. Your responsibilities include supervising, coordinating, and evaluating staff activities to ensure patient needs are met. You'll also be responsible for maintaining quality control programs, providing orientation and training, and resolving concerns of staff, patients, and families.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse with a BSN
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in an emergency department setting

**Additional Details**:

- Schedule: PM Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Flexibility required for schedule adjustments and leadership meetings
- Level II trauma center, 8th busiest ED in HCA
- Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
