**Position Summary**

The Analyst will analyze specialty benefit requests from the Client. They will carefully review the client documentation to verify the availability of all necessary information for the Configuration team to initiate the configuration process.

The Analyst's responsibilities include:

- Reviewing FAF release cases generated by "SPA" and submitting cases for any FAF releases that were not generated through "SPA".
- Generating FAF folder requests for our Offshore partners.
- Putting cases on hold or canceling them upon request.
- Managing the SRX queue by ensuring that signed requirements are attached, populating in the "TCD, TTCD, and CCD", and confirming their appropriateness based on the standard TAT/eProject dates.
- Collaborating with the Specialty BRM for Health Plan clients that have assigned BRMs.
- Collaborating with the Manager for any custom Health Plans new business implementations if it is determined that a BRM is required to gather the requirements.
- The Analyst will performing daily evaluations of eProject in order to evaluate any projects that may be at risk of trending towards a yellow or red status. They will work closely with the Implementation Managers to ensure that the project stays on track and that the Specialty case is generated with all the necessary signed requirements by the specified deadline.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $85,100.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
