Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or a comparable role.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, analysis, and process enhancement.
- Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in financial management software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
