  • Compile and deliver reports on operational performance, including insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect requirements and comprehend operational challenges.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
  • Assess and review the impact of operational modifications and propose adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to guide operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
