As a patient coordinator, you will perform office receptionist duties but with additional responsibilities specific to medical facilities. Some of your daily responsibilities include:

- Answering phones
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Triaging calls to physicians
- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Managing patient documentation and insurance information during check-in
- Handling medical insurance patient co-pays
- Taking messages for medical assistants or physicians.

We are an Integrative Healthcare Practice in Andersonville, offering a fun, friendly, collaborative work environment with competitive salaries, full benefits, and opportunity for growth. The job is full-time and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist or 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
