**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process all ACH Files accurately, adhering to policy and procedure - including Incoming ACH, ACH Returns & Corrections, ACH Originations, Micro Deposits and Monthly Fees.
- Prove and reconcile multiple internal accounts daily.
- Research requests both internally and externally, regarding ACH processing and transactions.
- Perform daily wire transfer functions to meet established administrative, operational, and compliance for the bank.
- Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers for both domestic and international wires in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Initiate, verify, and release Fed wire payments to and from the Federal Reserve System and correspondent banks to meet the established cutoff times.
- Process wires in the various queues such as repair, exception etc; review and release wires from the OFAC queue according to established guidelines.
- Perform callback verification to confirm transaction details and authenticity of transactions.
- Assist customers with fraudulent dispute transactions on Debit Card and ACH according to federal regulations, Mastercard and NACHA operating rules, and Bank policies and procedures.
- Develop a working knowledge of card and ACH dispute processes and systems.
- Create, research, and resolve card and ACH dispute cases.
- Evaluate cases for and provide provisional credit within established limits, as applicable.
- Research and provide evidence to customers to validate unrecognized transactions.
- Process, return, and approve checks.
- Adhere to all designated timeframes, manage workflows to the specified deadlines and complete responsibilities effectively, accurately, and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Prior experience in a payments processor role preferred.
- Prior experience with the FIS Horizon core banking system would be a big plus.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background & credit check and be willing to take a drug screening test.

ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs. (e.g., file boxes).
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop.
- Sitting/Standing for 90% of the time.
- Requires ability to use keyboard up to 8 hours.
- Travel may be required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
