We are looking for an analytical thinker to join our Claims team. If you have a passion for helping people, enjoy fast paced environments, and are ready to start building a career with a stable, growing company-one that recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication, we want to talk to you A Claims Set Up associate is responsible for distribution of claims to processors, making sure our claims information is accurate and sending forms to the beneficiaries and funeral homes.
Scheduling:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM working from Home Office (Headquarters)

Phoenix, AZ 85018
Responsibilities:
- Change the policy status to a claims status and will be responsible to send any claim forms to the family and/or the funeral homes as needed.
- Responsible for all claims documents as they come in either by mail, fax or email and will distribute them to the processors for payment in a timely manner.
- Must be very detail oriented
- Works well with others - must work with associates within claims and within Policyholder Services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Must prioritize tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
