**Customer Service and Operations Representation**

The Customer Service and Operations Representative will perform a combination of customer facing activities and order processing and execution activities in high volume manufacturing organization. Responsibilities including but not limited to collaborate with purchasing, engineering, operations, and accounting to assure customer needs are satisfied, managing RFQ, obtaining quotes and processing vendor PO’s for materials and outside processing, preparing factory work orders, processing accounts payable and accounts receiving invoices.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- RFQ Processing and Quoting
- Obtain quotes for material and outside processing
- Hardware Quoting
- Prepare Cost Sheet for review and approval
- Customer Purchase Order entry
- Create and Update Production Work Orders and Packets
- Production Schedule Reporting and Administration
- Prepare shipping documents and scheduled carriers
- Supplier PO Order Entry and administration - Raw/OSP/Hardware/Tooling/MRO
- Coordinate Drivers for OSP and Customer Deliveries/Pick Ups
- Receiving data entry and document distribution
- Accounts Receivables and Payables data entry and processing

**Requirements and Skills**:

- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years working in manufacturing organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined and well organized to proactively meet customer needs
- Customer oriented with the ability to find solutions to satisfy customer needs
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Technical aptitude in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with manufacturing ERP systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

**Physical/ Environmental Demands**:

- Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time
- Use of hands and arms to touch, lift, reach, etc.
- Ability to lift packages, boxes, files, and open filing cabinets and storage areas
- Talking and hearing
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Office setting with visits to the factory floor to collaborate with production.
- Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
