Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Technical Analyst, you will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the HR technology stack for Federal agencies. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts

and client users.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space
- Experience with full stack development, e.g. AWS services or Python
- Experience developing or configuring COTS products and platforms, e.g. ServiceNow or Salesforce
- Agile certification, preferably SAFe
- Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience developing SQL scripts and creating database schema
- Experience building reports in business intelligence platforms
- AWS certification
