**As a Digital Print, Diecut, and Finishing Operator, your work will include the following**:

- Work with the production team to ensure orders are executed according to schedule
- Review order-specific information on job sheets and in order management system
- Set up printing press to start a production run according to specific order and production requirements
- Control and adjust press settings, including but not limited to speed, color alignment, sheet alignment, and pressure
- Monitor quality during runs, ensuring that production output meets overall and order-specific quality standards
- Feed sheets into the press
- Manage the stacking of sheets as they come off the press
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain all areas of the press, including but not limited to feeder, stacker, and press
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Assist with reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain order records and job activity logs
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, as needed
- Assist in material handling
