We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team at ABS Graphics Inc. in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating cutting-edge digital printing technology, ensuring high-quality prints, and maintaining the printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain digital printing presses, including setup, running, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow job assignments and review instructions to ensure customer specification compliance.
  • Perform file setup, including dimension, color correction, and substrate management.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth production flow and meet deadline requirements.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and adhere to all safety and work rules and regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining records, logs, and time sheets.
  • Assist with light operation of small guillotine cutter, scoring, and folding equipment for proof creation and small jobs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial digital, color-critical print environment running digital roll-fed or sheet-fed devices.
  • Strong proficiency and experience with Digital Front Ends and Graphics programs.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Administrative proficiency, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Physical dexterity: ability to stand for 8 or more hours daily, extensive lifting, bending, twisting, and stretching.
