We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our printing team as a Printing Pressman Trainee. In this role, you will assist in ensuring all required materials are provided to the printing department for job runs.
Key Responsibilities- Verify board stock is correct and matches job tickets.
- Maintain appropriate material at the machines for consistent production flow.
- Complete Feeder Consumption Reports, including how many sheets are on job orders against what was produced.
- Provide assistance to the printing crew when requested.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Report defects/safety concerns of equipment or material to the Lead Operator and/or Manager.
- Report all food safety and quality problems to the Lead Man, Department Manager, or Quality Team.
- Previous experience as a Printing Feeder or Aerator is a plus.
- Ability to read basic measurement tools and ability to read and follow proper work instructions.
- Must be able to secure a forklift license.
