**About You**

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and work with a strong self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit. You are an expert on the phone and know how to close deals in one call.

**The Job**

You will be responsible for generating leads for our outside sales team.

You will be a core member of the sales team and play a major role in the development of both our external business and our internal culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, grow and develop relationships with homeowners
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
- Communicate remodeling services and drive new business product lines
- Create new ideas to increase lead retention and partner performance
- Provide in-person and virtual training and product updates
- Build data lists to generate leads
- Complete at least 100 calls per day

**Salary & Benefits**:

- $20-$30/hr + commission
