**Starting Salary Range**:$50K-$65K base salary with bonus potential based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk in customers inquiring about new and used machines.
- Drive and encourage the retail experience from a sales standpoint.
- Qualify and manage an assigned customer list.
- Make outbound/cold calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Complete ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in dealership sales is preferred.
- Strong customer orientation - able to work with customers to understand their needs and solve challenges.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic - take ownership for your territory and pride in it.
- Competitive nature and driven to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Displays exceptional customer service, phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and goals.
