**Your Role**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Sales support**: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency
- **Order processing and follow-up**: Assist with processing sales orders, mailing samples, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- **Product knowledge**: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and support sales activities
- **Customer service**: Assist customers in the showroom, as needed, answering questions, and guiding them to appropriate sales associates for more detailed advice and consultations
