Role Accountabilities - Work closely with the senior leadership team and act as a trusted advisor across all aspects of HR and people planning and management to ensure business objectives and plans are delivered - Develop and ensure execution of HR strategies aligned with enterprise-wide HR objectives, values and philosophy, and TD Bank Group’s business strategies / objectives - Partner with HR colleagues within the AMCB U.S. HR team and with HR colleagues across the broader enterprise to influence and implement programs, policies and practices - Oversee the attraction, development and retention of talent within the U.S. Commercial Bank.
