Shifts:
8 am to 1:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday

7 am to 1:30 pm and 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected.
- Serve as a representative of the City of South Bend, demonstrating a positive attitude and progressive actions through professionalism, courtesy, and appropriate tact and discretion in all interactions with other employees and the public.
- Attend training, meetings and orientation.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area and prep station; while maintaining proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Clear and reset the workstation and kitchen after each shift
- Assist in the daily and weekly clean-up of facilities.
- Help unload and restock inventory.
- Prepare lunch, dinner, and snacks out of the kitchen and ensure a consistent, high-quality product for patrons.
- Balance POS System after each shift and prepare deposit slips for bank deposits and take responsibility for overages and shortages.
- Keep track of inventory and inform the Director of Food and Beverage when inventory is low.
- Assist with special events as needed.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 to serve alcohol

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner.
