**Responsibilities**
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships with institutional and personal clients
- Familiar with EB-5 Immigration Project
- Facilitate the process of acquisition and disposition
- Keep tracking and analyzing market trends
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of working experience
- High-energy with an enthusiasm towards expanding connections
- Self-motivated, driven and energetic
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Ambitious to demonstrate your success in commercial real estate
- Ability to work productively within a team environment
- Real estate experience preferred
- Mandarin speaking is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
