We are currently seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, resourcefulness, proven track record in office management and positive attitude to join our team as Office Manager. The Office Manager’s main commitment is to ensure the overall success of the practice while delivering exceptional patient focused care and promoting the highest level of orthodontic services. The Office Manager position requires the ability to take ownership of overseeing all aspects of the practice: the clinical and non-clinical details of the day-to-day operations. This individual must be highly professional, forward thinking and self-motivated.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Patient relations, care and experience
- Improve and keep office appearance
- Experienced in ortho billing
- Provide office statistics to management
- Assist with new patient contracts
- Encourage office promotions
- Experienced in the front and back office of a orthodontics
- Experience in Dentrix is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals, office staff, and the company on a daily basis
- Willing to travel if needed
- Maintaining financial transactions/ensuring patient payments are collected when due
- Maintaining ledger balance
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
