Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by being the positive voice for our patients.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and perform data entry tasks.
  • Conduct insurance verification and billing processes.
  • Present financial agreements and collect payments efficiently.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts with professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, phone handling, and receptionist duties.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and billing.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus; however, we are open to training the right candidate.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 40+ hours weekly, from 7:35 AM to 5:15 PM.

Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $25.00+ hourly for exceptional candidates.
