Position Overview

Salary: $18 - $25+ hourly

Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service to our patients
  • Managing phone communications and appointment scheduling
  • Performing data entry and insurance verification/billing tasks
  • Presenting financial agreements and collecting payments
  • Following up on overdue accounts
  • Collaborating with our orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, reception, or insurance billing
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:35 AM - 5:15 PM, approximately 40+ hours weekly.

Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $25.00+ hourly for top performers.
