**Job Summary**
Mid-Size Property Management Company Seeking for a Residential On-site Apartment Manager
- On-site Manager for a 28-Unit Apartment Complex in Los Angeles, CA 90031
- Bilingual, Spanish speaker*
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Show and rent apartments as they become vacant; and deliver any documents & monies to Management Company as they are rented.
- Collect all rents when due and promptly deposit them in the building account or deliver them to Management Company;
- Clean and/or supervise the cleaning and preparation of all vacant apartments for rental;
- Maintain the common areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition;
- Prepare and keep such records and reports required for the property; as well as serving said documents to tenants.
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission of the State of California concerning rental practices, and with Fire, Health and Safety Department of City or County Government; Comply with all equal housing laws.
- Advise Employer and/or Management Company of any unusual tenant-problems or behavior;
- Spend or contract to spend only such amounts as specifically authorized in writing by Employer;
- Submit signed time cards or time sheets to Employer and/or Management Company as required by the Employment Agreement showing Employee’s daily hours of work.
**Work Experience & Skills**

**Compensation Additional Information**:
- 1-Bedroom Apartment + $450.00 Salary
