**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Proactively contact assigned clients via phone to provide updates on their tax resolution cases within 30 days of previous contact.
- Document all client interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Case Managers and Client Care to gather relevant information and updates to share with clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving their tax issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client communication and data confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge of tax resolution processes and client management best practices.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Familiarity with tax resolution processes and IRS regulations is a plus but not required.

**PAY RANGE**:$20 - $22 per hour

The above-range represents TaxRise’s current good-faith pay scale for this role. TaxRise reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
