**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the company and its subsidiaries to ensure seamless campaign execution.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and business, with a strong background in the B2B market.
- At least 1-2 years of leadership experience, including managing a marketing team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to effectively manage marketing efforts.
- Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflict.
- Professional work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate company requirements to marketing agencies, graphic designers and social media communicators.
- Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Able to lift up to 20lbs; squat, bend, pull and push, and climb stairs.
