Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective communication with parents, dancers, and staff members.
  • Registration and Enrollment: Manage registration processes, including trial follow-ups and conversions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Costume and Recital Management: Coordinate costume sizing, ordering, and recital preparation.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist with advertising and marketing efforts to promote the studio's programs and services.
  • Reporting and Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Artistic Director, and Competition Director.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
