**Position Overview**
This position is responsible for the overall management of all service activities for its client. As such, the incumbent will represent on all affiliate committees and is responsible to ensure compliance with service are metrics performance commitments.

Bachelor's Degree
**TYPICAL EXPERIENCE**:
10 + years recent relevant experience. Min 3 years managing a service department of Imaging Service Engineers and Biomedical Equipment technicians.
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
Selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA, OSHPOD, and Title 22.
Incumbent must be familiar with the use of personal computers and various types of software.
The incumbent must have communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrated
presentation and negotiation skills.
Must be able to work autonomously under the guidance of the Regional Service Manager.
Independence and self direction to anticipate and proactively solve problems, handle difficult
circumstances and make sound business decisions is required.
