Office Manager/personal Assistant

Florida Engineered Glass is a well established and rapidly growing window and glass company in Miami. We are looking to hire an office manager who will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments, filling out tracking documents, and helping the owner with miscellaneous tasks. We are looking for someone with a grab the bull by the horns personality that loves to take initiative, knock out tasks, and has an excellent customer service presence.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
