Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Miami, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, communication with clients and associates, diary management, and various clerical tasks. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for creating reports, making travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn and Utilize KW Command System:
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the Keller Williams Command system.
  • Effectively navigate and leverage KW Command tools for efficient property management.
  • Master Florida MLS:
  • Familiarize yourself with the Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to extract relevant property data.
  • Utilize MLS resources to conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify potential leads for property management services.
  • Collaborate with the broker to implement lead generation strategies.
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities for property management and brokerage.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the broker, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.



Qualifications:

  • KW Command System Knowledge: 
  • Willingness to learn and proficiency in using the Keller Williams Command system.
  • Florida MLS Understanding:
  • Familiarity with the Florida Multiple Listing Service.
  • Cold Calling Experience:
  • Previous experience in cold calling or a strong willingness to develop this skill.
  • Internet Research Skills:
  • Exceptional proficiency in internet research, including the ability to efficiently find people's contact information from their addresses.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Well-spoken on the phone with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

Real Estate Background:

  • Basic understanding of real estate operations and property management.

Learning and Development:

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the real estate field.
