- Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to payroll, including staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations,
- Responsible for administration of all leaves of absence.
- Assists with the administration of employee benefits programs, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers.
- Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.
- Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to members of the leadership team (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop and lead programs that will successfully _A_ttract, _R_etain and _C_reate talent.
- Partner with and coach Hiring Managers with the recruiting and hiring process at all levels of the organization.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Support all aspects of the Safety Program in a manner that supports the program goal of providing a Safe Work Environment for all employees.
- Coordinates and supports, through involvement, all employee engagement and community activities.
- May perform other duties as requested.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources support and administration.
- Proven experience in safety & training programs oversight
- Ideal experience will include recruiting and exposure to employee relations.
- PHR certification is a plus.
- Past experience assisting with employee orientation, training, and providing additional support around
- Ability to patiently convey information in a user-friendly language within all levels of the corporate and field staff environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong Multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote HR team
