Are you passionate about working to prevent dangerous climate change, halt deforestation and champion water security? CDP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team in the Americas, focusing on our Accredited Solutions Provider Program. By joining CDP, you will be welcomed into a dynamic, internationally respected and globally represented NGO. In this varied role, you will be based in CDP’s New York office and will support the wider team in growing, developing and delivering the Accredited Solutions Provider program, with a specific focus on the Americas region.

The account manager will help to support our 45+ Accredited Solutions Providers in the region. CDP’s Accredited Solutions Provider program connects our base of 23,000+ disclosing companies with environmental solutions providers that can support their environmental measurement, management, and leadership efforts. - You must reside and be eligible to work in the United States of America or Canada without employer sponsorship.
- You are interested in mitigating the climate crisis, reducing deforestation, and improving water security through direct corporate action and engagement.
- You have a keen interest in environmental issues and corporate environmental reporting and disclosure.
- You have developed engagement and communication skills, and a strong ability to pitch a product or service.
- You are skilled relationship manager with a knack for identifying and delivering on stakeholder needs.
- You work well independently but are also a team player with the ability to work with global colleagues and develop strong internal relationships across teams and time zones.
- You have strong attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
- You can meet deadlines under pressure.
- You have excellent MS Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Desirable: fluency in Spanish.

**Your day-to-day**
- Account management of 15+ of the consultancies, software providers, verification bodies etc. that we partner with in the Americas and execution of deliverables including, but not limited to, partner onboarding, visibility and webinars, and supporting technical queries.
- Coordinate relevant communications to partners.
- Secure new partners, as well as renew existing partners.
- Deepen relationships with partners, including generating and furthering relevant opportunities for CDP initiatives managed by other teams.
- Manage projects across regional and global Partnerships teams related to product integration and innovation.
- Provide ad hoc support for other projects as required by line manager.
