- Strategic Thinker: Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively, with a focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
- Collaborative Leader: Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and a positive attitude, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $162,400 - $203,000 for locations Norwalk, Boston, Washington D.C., Seattle, New York, and San Francisco, and a salary range of $146,200 - $182,700 for all other locations.
- Annual Bonus Potential: Additional annual bonus potential (role dependent).
- Total Rewards Philosophy: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life, and disability insurance, annual paid time off, and generous paid leave scheme.
