**Duties**:

- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process

- Support in contract management and workers' compensation claims
- Utilize UltiPro or Oracle systems for HR tasks

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in employment labor law and HR practices
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of training development principles
- Understanding of human capital management strategies
- Familiarity with contract management and workers' compensation procedures
- Ability to work with UltiPro or Oracle HR systems
