THE ROLE:
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day management of the Community Supports Division's sales territories, ensuring the achievement of measurable sales goals. You'll be instrumental in evaluating program effectiveness, devising strategic business plans, and fostering a positive organizational culture to drive revenue, profitability, and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- **Sales Strategy**: Execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed regional targets
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team for maximum impact
- **Territory Management**: Allocate resources strategically, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for optimal market coverage
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- **Sales Forecasting**: Manage accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with performance goals
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, implement action plans as needed
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance divisional functions
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitors
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements

**In this position, 80% of your time will be conducted in the field and 20% will be remote.**

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 5+ years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of successful team management experience
- Preferred background in healthcare industry sales or selling to hospitals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Proven track record in networking, relationship building, and business development
- Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable to changing needs; familiar with CRM usage and accurate daily tracking/recording of sales activity
