This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team of dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational leadership for 7-10 dental offices
- Analyze progress reports to ensure clinics are meeting financial goals
- Examine the effectiveness of financial advisement and consultation
- Provide training and oversight in underperforming areas
- Ensure clinic managers and coordinators are well-trained and equipped to lead their teams
- Manage direct reports to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Ensure patient care and satisfaction are a high priority
- 3 years of multi-unit dental leadership experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to hire, train, and retain great leaders
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create, implement, and manage action plans
