The Chief Growth Officer, West Region will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion for UnitedHealth Group in the West Region. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion in the West Region, aligning with UnitedHealth Group's overall objectives.
- Payer and Provider Relations: Manage relationships with key payers, hospitals, and providers to ensure seamless integration and growth opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to drive business growth and expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on them.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Leadership and regional operating teams, to drive growth initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:
UnitedHealth Group offers a competitive salary range of $275,000 to $375,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and equity stock purchase, UnitedHealth Group is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
